The team is USAC Domestic Elite women's road cycling team with a powerful group of 11 women racing on the national stage in 2017. The mission of the team’s management organization, Fast Chance Women’s Cycling, is to provide a healthy environment to empower and inspire women by creating new opportunities in elite cycling. The team showcases the pursuit of excellence in cycling by a team of women who are dedicated, determined, and relentless; looking to capitalize on their personal athletic ability and ambition and lead them to victory as a powerful, cohesive, and goal-oriented team.
